Nothing But The Truth (ending)

After the incident, Philip Malloy was found out that he was not telling the truth as he did not know the lyrics of the National Anthem and could not possibly be singing it. He had been humming the National Anthem all along and was lying that he was singing the National Anthem to show his patriotism. How could a person show his patriotism when he did not know the lyrics and the meaning of the National Anthem? This news was later published in the newspaper and many people came to learn about the truth. They felt sorry for accusing Miss Narwin wrongly and apologized for any inconveniences they had caused. Miss Narwin was then invited back to school where everyone threw a party for her. On seeing this, she was on cloud nine. She had almost totally forgotten about all the embarrassment and accusation she suffered all this time. On the other hand, Philip was expelled and no schools wanted him. He had to hide his face wherever he went as people would either be staring daggers at him or making fun of his name. He was extremely upset as tears welled up in his eyes. He was remorseful of what he had done but all was too late. He cried bitterly for almost an hour. Just then, Miss Narwin told the reporters who were interviewing her that she had forgiven Philip as after all, everyone does make mistakes. She then appealed to the principal to allow Philip to continue studying in Harrison School. After this, Philip was very grateful to Miss Narwin and from then on, she was his favourite teacher

RE: Animals should not be hunted

RE: Animals should not be hunted

Dear ladies and gentlemen,

Today i am here to raise awareness about the cruelty to animals.

In my opinion, animals should not be hunted just for their body parts as medicinal ingredients. It is cruel as every animal has a life and by taking away its body parts is just the same as killing. The animals would not be able to survive. Imagine that you were those animals. How would you feel if someone cut off all your limbs for the sake of medicinal ingredients. You would probably be crying your hearts out!

Recently, there is also an issue about the cruelty of the fishing industry to whales in Japan. In my opinion, whales are beautiful creatures! They are also the largest mammals in the world. We should protect them instead of hunting them down. There is also another issue about Japan`s fishing industries, hunting down too many blue-fin tuna(a favorite food of Japanese). This causing the tunato be unable to reproduce as quickly and therefore result in a sudden drop of its population.

Hence, i would wish that you all can play a part in helping to save these poor animals.

Thank You!

Importance of Age and Experience

Importance of Age and Experience

In my opinion, i find that age and experience are actually very important in the workforce, regardless of any countries.Nowadays, when you are applying for a new job, the two main things that an employee would see is your experience in working life and your age. If you do not have any working experience in the outside world, needless to say, your chances of getting the job would be slight as many company would not want to spend additional money in training, especially during the recession period. On the other hand, if you are too old, your chances of getting a job would be a bit higher. However, the jobs you would get are probably some low-class ones that many young people detest.

Hence, i would like to encourage all of you to keep 'improving' yourself, so as to stand a higher chance of getting a job. Also, never give up and keep trying till you finally succeed!
